Do you know a company that goes above and beyond for our beloved hometown Atlanta? Now is the time to give them the recognition they deserve! The Corporate Volunteer Council (CVC) of Atlanta is now accepting nominations for the 2026 IMPACT Awards. This annual awards event, now in its 29th year, recognizes Atlanta area companies that have integrated corporate social responsibility, volunteerism and civic engagement into their culture and made an IMPACT on our community.
Award categories include:
- IMPACT Corporate Program of the Year: Honors companies that have made community engagement a core part of their culture and operations.
- IMPACT Corporate Innovative Project of the Year: Recognizes creative, high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable results through employee engagement.
- IMPACT Corporate Skills-Based Award: Celebrates organizations that use employee expertise to strengthen nonprofit partners and develop their workforce.

For companies, participation offers more than recognition. Engaging in corporate volunteerism in a meaningful and intentional way has been shown to strengthen employee connection and sense of belonging, which can lead to stronger employee engagement, improved retention, and an authentic way to align business goals with community needs.

Nominations are open to companies with offices in the Atlanta area, and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to nominate outstanding corporate collaborators. Nominations are due by Friday, June 5. Winners will be announced at the IMPACT Awards luncheon, presented by Delta Air Lines, on Thursday, September 10 at the fabulous Fox Theatre. This year’s theme, “From Global Spotlight to Local Impact”, celebrates Atlanta’s place on the world stage, turning global influence into meaningful impact close to home.
2025 IMPACT Awards winners include Papa Johns (IMPACT Corporate Program of the Year); Aprio (IMPACT Corporate Innovative Project of the Year); and Purpose Possible (IMPACT Corporate Skills-Based Award).
