Windy weather couldn’t stop thousands of Atlantans from joining the 2025 St. Patrick’s Parade on March 15 in Midtown. The 141st annual parade celebrated the city’s deep-rooted ties with Ireland through Irish heritage groups, music and green-clad floats.

After the parade, attendees celebrated at the Luck of the Square Festival in Colony Square. The event is Atlanta’s longest-running event, and it helps represent over 20 Irish companies in the city that employ 6,800 Georgians.

  1. Nice photos of this years event! Our group unanimously felt that this years parade was a great disappointment compared to last year’s. Although fire departments were well represented, there were only a couple of bands plus drum lines. At the start (15th street) the lineup ended sometime around 1:10-1:15.
Hopefully next year we bounce back with more participants and vibrancy. 🤞
