Every time you speak to someone from Goodwill of North Georgia’s career services department, you will probably hear the term “A, B, C – a good job, a better job and a career.” But what does that mean and how does that impact the people that Goodwill serves?
Recently, Goodwill’s Director of Instructional Development and Career Pathways joined The Good Works Show to discuss the unique ingredient of Goodwill’s secret sauce. The agency not only creates training programs that meet the needs of north Georgia’s workforce but also creates a pathway to job growth and continue development. This leads to job security, support for job success and confirmed wage increases.
