“Of the Fantastic: Extraordinary ATL” runs through July 31, featuring 11 artists at 3 sign locations

Arts & Entertainment Atlanta (A&E Atlanta) is hosting its third digital exhibition, Of the Fantastic: Extraordinary ATL, from now through July 31. Curated by Lauren Jackson Harris, work by 11 Atlanta-based artists will be featured on three A&E Atlanta digital signs throughout Downtown Atlanta. The exhibit is presented in partnership with the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District (ADID) and Orange Barrel Media.

“Atlanta has artists that produce work intrinsic to their communities, whether native or long-time residents. The exhibition will feature artists whose work is ethereal yet layered in emotion and context. The fantastical elements in each of the works selected provide a look into the Atlanta artist’s mind and offer underlying sentiments into their various cultures, ideals, and dynamics,” says curator Lauren Jackson Harris.

“Curator Lauren Jackson Harris takes a bold step in this year’s A&E Atlanta digital exhibition by showcasing an outstanding combination of artwork from different mediums. A&E Atlanta is excited to share the work of these exceptional Atlanta artists with the broader community,” said Fredalyn M.
