Physician Receives Department of Public Health Lifetime Award

Dr. Blackston becomes the first recipient of the Exceptional Service to Children with Special Health Care Needs Award from the Georgia Department of Public Health

Ronald Dwain Blackston, M.D., Clinical Geneticist at Marcus Autism Center, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Associate Professor of Genetics and Pediatris, Emory University School of Medicine, is a well-known physician and geneticist who has served children, families and the community for many years.
